Who am I?

It was always a wonderful day for me when I first saw the beauty of this astonishing land. Enjoying all the cuteness of nature, gradually I began to learn how to read and write. Alphabets became my close companions. Infant Jesus School, Trivandrum became my foster mother who showed me the importance of knowledge and showered me with the blessings that made me move forward easily. As I grew a bit more I had to grab more knowledge and the craving for knowledge led me to Christ Nagar English High School, Trivandrum, where I studied how to face the realities of life and how to cultivate good habits to be a nice person.

As I wanted to learn more about the secrets of letters, I had to surrender myself to the temple of Knowledge, S.N.College, Trivandrum to get my Graduation. Once I enjoyed the sweetness of it, I was too thirsty to know the depth of letters, so I grabbed my Post Graduation in English Language and Literature. The urge to know more couldn’t stop me; I spent most of the time fighting with Wordsworth, Keats, Shelly, Shakespeare and what to say, a lot of eminent personalities who came my way.

Like every human being, bread and butter is also important for me. Knowingly or unknowingly I became a professional. I just got an opportunity to teach in the same school where once I studied and considered it as the greatest treasure in my life.  Then slowly, I happened to taste the luscious sweetness of creative writing that became a part of my life ever after. And now I play with letters and dream about how to blend them creatively. Then my profile changed without my knowledge. Journalism intoxicated me and I tried my luck as a journalist. Soon I got some opportunities to work in Doordarshan Kendra, Trivandrum, some English magazines and some leading advertising agencies etc. and I did my job with great enthusiasm and ecstasy. Now my work place is Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and have a cluster of friends who love and understand the importance of letters and make me think about it more.
